1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of this application for managing vehicles, service entries, and workshop sharing grants. The service is currently in early-access operation.

2. Service description

The application offers management of vehicle data and service entries, sharing of vehicles with workshops, backups, and PDF reports.

3. Registration

Registration requires truthful information. Each account belongs to one person or company and may not be passed on to third parties.

4. Usage rights and obligations

No unlawful content may be uploaded, and the service may not be used abusively. Accounts are subject to certain license limits depending on account type.

5. Availability and disclaimer (early access)

During early-access operation, no continuous availability or specific service level is guaranteed. Data loss cannot be ruled out; regularly backing up your own data via the export feature is recommended.

6. Liability

The operator is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

The scope of features and these terms may be adjusted, especially during early-access operation. Material changes will be announced within the application.

8. Termination and deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time. During early-access operation, the operator may deactivate accounts without advance notice, for example for testing or restructuring purposes.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the service provider's place of business.
